Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
- Partial Charge: If you cancel within 14 days and up to 24 hours before arrival, 50% of your reservation amount will be charged.
- Full Charge: Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival or failure to check in (no-show) will result in a full charge with no refund.
- Arrival Date Calculation: The arrival date is determined based on a 3:00 PM check-in time.
- Cancellations During Stay: If you choose to shorten your stay, you must submit an official cancellation request at least 5 days before your new check-out date to receive a full refund for the remaining nights.
