Welcome to BizStay Walden.
We are happy to welcome you to The Hague and hope you will have a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us. On this page you will find all practical information about your arrival, your apartment and your stay.

Before Arrival
To ensure a smooth check-in, please make sure we have received the following information:
- Your estimated arrival time
- Your mobile phone number
- Final number of guests
- Flight details (if applicable)
- Any special requests
Full payment must be completed before arrival.
Important: If you entered your credit card during booking, it is used only to guarantee the reservation. BizStay will not charge your credit card automatically.
Check-in
Check-in time is from 15:00.
For a smooth arrival we kindly ask you to call us 30 minutes before arrival.

Arriving after 20:00? Please request a late check-in in advance.
We always aim to welcome you personally at the property. If a personal check-in is not possible, we will provide clear self check-in instructions.
Mobile Key Access
BizStay Walden uses a mobile key system. You will receive an email with your personal mobile key before arrival.
Mobile key delivery:
- Monday to Friday arrival: Your mobile key will be sent on the day of arrival.
- Weekend arrival: Your mobile key will be sent on Friday, provided payment has been completed.
The mobile key becomes active at 15:00, which is our standard check-in time unless agreed otherwise.
Your mobile key provides access to:
- Main entrance – Waldeck Pyrmontkade 866B
- Your apartment
- Side entrance to the parking passage
- The gym
To unlock the doors, simply swipe the arrow to the right in front of the lock reader.
If you prefer, you will also receive a physical key card during check-in.
In the mobile key guest environment you will also find useful information about:
- Appliance manuals
- Supermarkets nearby
- Restaurants and neighbourhood tips
- Public transport
- Taxi services
- Emergency information
Parking
Private parking is available based on availability.
Location: Behind the building
Details: Secured parking area, maximum vehicle height: 2.00 m
Price: €15 per night
Parking must be reserved in advance.
If our parking area is fully booked, paid street parking is available in the surrounding streets.
Your Apartment
Your apartment includes:
- Bed linen
- Towels
- Kitchen linen
- Nespresso coffee machine
On the back of your apartment front door you will find:
- WiFi code
- Waste disposal instructions
Welcome Package
Upon arrival you will receive a small welcome package for your first day including:
- Coffee and tea
- Water
- 3 rolls of toilet paper
- 3 dishwasher tablets
- Garbage bag
- Cleaning kit
- Soap
- Mini shampoo
Cooking essentials such as oil, salt and pepper are not provided. A supermarket is located within walking distance.
You will also find a BizStay guest information flyer in the welcome bag with useful information about emergency contacts, transportation and the check-out procedure.
Check-out
Check-out time is before 11:00.
Before departure we kindly ask you to:
- Tidy up the kitchen and wash the dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Remove garbage from the apartment
- Empty the fridge and freezer
- Collect all used towels and place them near the washing machine
- Turn the heating down to 17°C
- Turn off all lights
- Leave the keys in the apartment
