This spacious 80m2 three bedroom apartment is ideal for families, friends or colleagues travelling together. The aparment comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area, while the living room offers comfort with a SMART TV and Chromecast. With three bedrooms the apartment can host up to 6 guests. All three bedrooms do have comfortable boxspring beds and a SMART TV and chromecast. Desks are present which makes the apartment also a work friendly place. A reliable high-speed internet connection is provided. One bedroom has a ensuite bathroom including a shower, a vanity with drawers, and a heated mirror. A second bathroom is situated in the hallway including a shower, a toilet, a vanity with drawers and a heated mirror. There is also a seperate second toilet in the hallway. Dedicated laundry facilities are present like a washer and dryer. Air conditioning provides both warmth and coolness ensuring comfort year-round.
