About the apartment
BizStay Harbour 38C is a luxury recently refurbished 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms covering 115 m2. Guests have the benefit of a lovely balcony overlooking the yachts moored in the harbour and also with views of the sea and the yachts going out sailing. The apartment is beautifully designed and furnished to the highest standard, providing a luxurious, airconditioned and comfortable setting for your stay. It includes essential amenities such as high-speed internet, a large SMART TV with the international sports channels, Sonos music equipment together with a fully equipped kitchen offering all contemporary conveniences and appliances. However, as an alternative to cooking, the harbour of Scheveningen is having a lot of nice restaurants that are only a couple of minutes away. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer equipment. One toilet is present in the hallway. For a fifth person a high quality folding bed can be provided upon request.
The apartment is part of the Nautical Center Scheveningen, nestled at the second inner harbour of Scheveningen, the most famous seaside resort of The Netherlands, offering an abundance of attractions and beach pavilions. Within walking distance, you'll find the beautiful beach, some of the finest local restaurants, a supermarket, and the 'world-renowned' local fish shop Simonis, with the best fresh fish in town. A leisurely stroll along the promenade takes you to the famous pier with the ferris wheel, and after sunset, you can put on your dancing shoes to enjoy the vibrant nightlife of The Hague. During your stay, you can also explore one of the many cultural hotspots The Hague has to offer, including world-class attractions like the Louwman car museum, miniature city Madurodam, Legoland and art museums like Escher in the Palace, Mauritshuis, and Voorlinden. This seamless fusion of beach life and city life is why so many people return to this stunning location year after year.
The apartment includes one free parking space in the parking garage of the complex, and an elevator conveniently transports you from the garage to the entrance of your apartment. Additional parking spaces can be reserved at an extra cost, subject to availability.

The area
The 2nd harbour of Scheveningen, constructed around 1930, is connected via a narrow passageway known as 'the pipe' to the 1st harbour. In the surrounding area, many smokehouses and fishmongers settled. After the Second World War the importance of fishing gradually disappeared and the smaller vessels vanished. Since then the 2nd harbour has transformed into a recreational and tourist area, attracting visitors year-round. The harbor also has become a popular stop over for The Ocean Race, a yacht race around the world that takes place every three years. Scheveningen's Northern and Southern beaches, with the Southern beach being quieter and within walking distance from the apartment, have attained a Blue Flag certification, a European standard for clean and safe marinas and beaches. We dare to say that there is no place in Europe where visitors can find this unique blend of city culture and beach life within such a small space.
